Order Processing
At Arbor Drift Designs LLC, we process all orders within 2 business days of receiving them. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will promptly contact you via email or telephone to keep you informed.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
At Arbor Drift Designs LLC, we offer the following shipping options:

Free Shipping: Orders over $35 qualify for free standard shipping.

Live Rate Shipping with USPS: A live rate fee, usually around $5, applies to all orders under $35.

No free shipping to Canada, Live rate fee will be applied with USPS.
Delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Arbor Drift Designs LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Arbor Drift Designs LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping
We currently only ship to Canada and do not ship outside the US to any other countries.

Return & Exchange Policy
1. Overview
At Arbor Drift Designs LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward return policy to ensure your shopping experience is positive.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Custom or personalized items are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email us at sales@arbordriftdesigns.com within 24 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.

Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to send your item back to us.

Shipping: A return label will be sent via email to return the package. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 30 days.
5. Exchanges
